Product Description
Cement Additive 55 is a modified synthetic latex compound for adding to cement underlay powders to improve tensile strength and adhesion.
Mixing
When used as an admix dilute 1 part Cement Additive 55 to 4 to 4.5 parts of clean water.
Application
Cement Additive 55 is used diluted with clean water in varying ratios depending on use. An amount of 55 is added to replace part of the gauging water when mixing underlayment powder to improve tensile strength for heavy traffic applications.
Clean up
Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.

Storage
Store in cool dry area out of direct sunlight and protect
from frost
Coverage
Approximately 8 to 12 sq.m per litre (1:1) depending on texture
of substrate.
Shelf life
12 months in unopened container.
